Shipping and Delivery

RMBrooksie.com makes every effort to ship your item(s) as quickly as possible. Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 24–72 business hours of the sale. Please note that shipping to international locations are excluded at this time. Also, we do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

  • RMBrooksie.com does not deliver to PO and APO/FPO box addresses.
  • Products shipped to an address within the state of New Jersey will be charged applicable sales tax.
  • Packages cannot be re-routed while in transit.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service department to receive an RMA number and instructions on how to obtain a replacement item.

Return Policy

Product(s) can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them (including:  Returned goods are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee for the return of operational items in original unopened packaging). Product(s) that are opened, in the original packaging and unused are subject to the re-stocking fee. The shipping cost for product(s) returned is to be paid by the buyer (unless authorized return is justified).   Please contact our Customer Service department for complete instructions.

U.S. Shipping

For all our customers residing within the 48 contiguous United States, RMBrooksie.com will ship via UPS Ground or FedEx. In certain cases—such as replacements, etc.—we will send your order using USPS Priority Mail.

Additionally, we offer different shipping options, such as faster delivery, for customers seeking expeditious delivery of their order. Unfortunately, at this time, customers in Alaska and Hawaii can choose Ground Shipping only.

*Free Shipping

If a product is eligible for free shipping “Free Shipping” will be indicated on the product page (free shipping excludes Alaska and Hawaii).  Note:  A shipping fee will apply to all products that request a faster shipping option.

**Note:

A non-refundable processing fee of 2.9 % will apply to the total order. The fee will be added at checkout.

For products 55 lbs. and over, shipping cost will apply (in addition to the 2.9% processing fee).  Select the “shipping cost” request email option on the product page, fill out and send.   Please allow up to 48 hours for response.  An email will be sent to you listing the information required to provide the actual shipping cost.  When the form has been returned to us with the required information, the shipping will be sent to you and the shipping cost will be added to the product.  When the product has been added to the “cart” for checkout, the shipping will appear, and the checkout process can continue.  Please contact Customer Service with any questions/issues.

Delivery

UPS & FedEx transit times within the US range between 1–6 business days. They do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Therefore, an item shipped Next Day Air on Friday will not arrive until Monday.

International shipping rates are determined by a matrix of factors including package size, weight, and value. Therefore, in some cases we will not be able to predetermine the shipping costs for your international order. If you would like to ship internationally, please contact us for a special shipping quote.
